Data accuracy and public sources
Our property records are built from public datasets published by HUD, including the Picture of Subsidized Households, the LIHTC database, and Fair Market Rents. Public files can lag real-world conditions by six to eighteen months or more, and they may contain errors, duplicates, or outdated program flags. We work to clean and correct the data, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or accurate.
