What we can and cannot help with
We can act on factual errors in the data we publish. We cannot step into decisions that belong to a property or an agency.
- We prioritize factual corrections to unit counts, addresses, and program flags. Include the property page URL if you can.
- We cannot answer questions about individual applications, waiting-list positions, or eligibility decisions. Those go to the property or the housing authority that administers the program.
- We cannot place you in a unit or speed up a waiting list, and we do not accept housing applications.
- Applying for housing is always free. Never pay anyone who promises a waitlist spot or guaranteed placement.
- We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with HUD or any housing authority.
